As a hurricane bears down on Miami's busiest trauma center, popular chief resident Dr. Xander Phillips (Colin Woodell) is suspended and resident Dr. Danny Simms (Willa Fitzgerald) is unexpectedly promoted. The storm rages on and emergencies pile up. Then the hospital goes into lockdown.
