Acts of Vengeance is a well made action mystery film. It didn't feel like only 87 minutes. By the time Banderas' character hits bottom and starts to get back up I would have been comfortable with him just going on a vigilante tare bringing down criminals. But his character gains inspiration and sets about unraveling the brutal murders of his wife and child. This movie reminds me a little of the Equalizer with Denzel Washington, but during the action sequences Banderas' part is much more human then Denzel's killing machine was. I enjoyed and recommend both films.

Basically A watered down version of Death Wish. While Banderas has some good skills, he wasn't as vicious as Bronson.

I haven't seen the movie only the previews and I I'm going to watch it eventually
